1. Sublimation must be done on 100% polyester for the best results and only poly fibers will accept the dye used in sublimation printing.
2. We cannot ever dye sublimation on black.

Zinex Pressing Machine Used in the Final Stage of the apparel manufacturing process, Zinex uses two different kinds of pressing machine with specific pressing requirements needed. Large Cabinet heat press used to press full sublimation and sublimated shirts such as T-Shirts, Polo Shirts, Sports Wear (Basketbal Jersey) and even lanyards. Small Cabinet heat press are used to press logo's, seal, DTP (Dark Transfer Paper) and LTP ( Light Transfer Paper). Dark transfer paper which is used to print on any fabric or surfaces with dark colors or isn’t white.  Light transfer paper is basically used for light colored shirts, mainly white ones, or surfaces with light or pale colors.

With the advent of technology Zinex used advance sewing machine is far more complex than the manual sewing machines. It has the ability to create complex embroidery patterns and can sew different sorts of stitches to fabric together with thread.
